Who we are
Created in 2013, our research group is made up of international members from Belgium, France, Germany, Netherlands, and more soon!
We are trainers, locksmiths, forensic analysts, police officers, tool designers, safe openers, opening techniques creators… and we are working together to improve the knowledge of Physical Security Forensic Science.
Our goal
FIOPS is gathering professionals working in Physical Security (Locks, Keys, Safes, Cars, Alarm systems…) sharing the same view of good pratices applied to Forensic Analysis in this field.
We aim at improving our knowledge in this field by meeting about half a dozen times every year, sharing new techniques, new tools and new findings.
